- You need to be a fan of the series, Oz no Matenrou, have a liking, etc. Why else join?
- Have a valid e-mail address.
- Submit your real name or a reasonable nickname.
- The site doesn't have to be related to the manga, it can be a site of any kind as long as it is yours. Livejournals and blogs are acceptable, but same code rules apply.
- There must be a link back to the fanlisting. May it be a text link or a code/plaque. Please add the link before joining.
- If you decide to put an image on your site you must upload it to your own server.
- Direct linking is unacceptable. Sites found direct linking will not be linked back to.
- Sites with inappropriate and/or offensive content will not be linked back to.
